Returns

To start a return, please email us at bridokane@gmail.com, and ensure to include your purchase order number.

Do please get in touch as all items are handmade and it may be possible to firstly fix any defects.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with all its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer free returns.

When returning an item by post it is advisable that you use a track and trace service to make your return, as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items as these are one-off products.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

When we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and establish if it meets the return criteria. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Refunds exclude the  original cost of delivery.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping

We try to keep shipping to a minimum.

There is free shipping on orders over €100 to all counties on the island of Ireland and to the UK.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
